“Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart.”
And You Will Know Me
I wonder what he would say
standing at the intersection of the Cosmos and
St. Anthony
Tints and Tones
I read somewhere about how
black and white photos allow you to actually
see

How it rips away what is precious and leaves you
empty handed, scared, and isolated.
It’s curious how no one ever
talks about what they gain
from loss:
Fear Not Your Demons
In the midst of my winter,
I found a road
trodden but overgrown,
winding and scenic,
a path of descent.
